PLN's Full Services at PRJ 2026: Electricity Supply, Promotional Programmes, and Games

The Jakarta Fair (PRJ) 2026 has become a venue for PLN to offer electricity services to the public. In Hall C1, PLN has opened a booth providing product information and interactive prize-winning activities that attract visitors. The PLN booth at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Pavilion was seen crowded with visitors during the exhibition. Some visitors came to find out about electricity services, while others were attracted by the prize-winning games held at the location. At this booth, PLN introduced a number of its mainstay services, ranging from new installations, temporary installations, to home charging for electric vehicles. Various special promotions are available during PRJ, one of which is through a dart game. PLN officer at the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government Pavilion, Bestari, explained the list of promotions held by PLN during the PRJ 2026 period. ‘The products offered here are new installations, temporary installations, home charging, and there are many kinds of promotions. For example, home charging is 50 percent off,’ said Bestari. In addition to promotions, customers’ technical needs are also served on site. One visitor took advantage of his visit to verify his PLN Mobile application account and ask about the details of installing home charging at his house. ‘I verified my account for PLN Mobile, and asked about what home charging at home is like,’ said the visitor. The popularity of this booth is also inseparable from social media. A number of visitors admitted they were interested in coming after seeing clips of activities at the PLN booth circulating on TikTok, complete with various benefits that can be obtained through adding power capacity or other transactions. ‘It so happens that this PLN booth is going viral on TikTok, it seems like there are games, and if you buy or add power capacity here, there are benefits. So I was interested in coming here,’ said Nanto, a PRJ visitor. Currently, one of the programmes aimed at supporting the use of digital services is the Gelegar PLN Mobile Programme, which provides additional benefits for customers who transact through the application. Through the Gelegar PLN Mobile programme, customers who transact via the application have the opportunity to collect vouchers and exchange them for various prizes. This programme is one of PLN’s ways of encouraging the public to become more familiar with their digital services. ‘There is Gelegar PLN Mobile. So, for every customer who makes a transaction on the PLN Mobile application, they will get many vouchers that can be exchanged for various prizes,’ he added. At the same time, PLN continues to carry out its vital role at PRJ 2026, namely ensuring the electricity supply for the entire series of events remains safe and without disruption. Bestari described this contribution as an important part of PLN’s presence at the annual exhibition.
