PLN's Free Token Voucher Programme Still Available, Here's How to Get It
PT PLN (Persero) has launched the ‘Junivaganza’ programme, offering bonus electricity vouchers to prepaid customers across Indonesia. The programme applies to customers who purchase electricity tokens through the PLN Mobile application. PLN Director of Retail and Commerce Adi Priyanto explained that the programme is a token of appreciation for the loyalty of PLN Mobile users. He noted that through easy access in a single application, customers can now gain added value from their daily transactions. The bonus voucher programme runs from 4–9 June 2026. The bonus distribution mechanism is automatic for customers who meet the transaction requirements during the promotional period. ‘The Junivaganza programme is designed with measurable parameters so that customers can experience its benefits optimally. Through this programme, customers have the opportunity to gain extra advantages when purchasing electricity tokens via PLN Mobile,’ Adi said in an official statement on Friday (5/6/2026). Adi explained that customers who purchase electricity tokens worth at least Rp50,000 through PLN Mobile stand a chance to obtain a Rp10,000 electricity voucher. Customers need to pay attention to transaction timing, as the programme starts simultaneously each day at 10.00 WIB with a limited daily quota. ‘This promotional programme begins every day at 10.00 WIB. Transactions made before that time are not counted within the programme mechanism. Each user ID is entitled to a maximum of one electricity voucher during the programme period,’ he added. The Rp10,000 electricity voucher will remain valid until 31 August 2026 and can be used for further token purchases or electricity bill payments on PLN Mobile. ‘We hope customers can make the most of this promotion to obtain additional benefits whilst also becoming more accustomed to using PLN Mobile digital services, which are now more accessible and comprehensive,’ he said. To purchase electricity tokens on the PLN Mobile application, customers should download or update the app to version 5.2.80 via the Play Store or App Store, log in and select the ‘Token & Payment’ menu, enter the Customer ID or Meter Number, select the token denomination in accordance with the promotional terms, and proceed to complete the payment process. Customers can check their bonus under the ‘Reward’ menu immediately after the token payment is successfully completed.
