PLN's 50% power upgrade discount still available – check terms and charges

PLN’s 50% power upgrade discount is still valid until 2 June 2026 under the ‘MeiLAJU LebihTerang’ promotion. This initiative allows customers to upgrade their electricity capacity at significantly lower costs compared to standard rates. The promotion is ideal for households and businesses looking to enhance comfort by simultaneously using appliances such as air conditioners, washing machines, rice cookers, and other electronics. It applies to all tariff categories, including residential and commercial customers. Note that each PLN Mobile account can receive up to four vouchers for different customer IDs. Additionally, participants are prohibited from reducing their electricity capacity for one year, except under specific PLN conditions. The discount is available for 450 VA and 1,300 VA. Customers are advised to claim their vouchers via PLN Mobile before the promotion ends on 2 June 2026 to take advantage of the cost savings.
