The voltage from state-owned electricity company (PLN) in our
area has been unstable for over a year now, and has damaged a lot
of our electronic equipment.

Every time a complaint is lodged with PLN of the Kebon Jeruk
branch office, the response has always been that efforts are
being made to address this problem. Unfortunately, nothing has
been done to this day.

PLN must provide much better service to its customers and must
not just increase electricity rates. Unstable voltage damages
electric equipment and increases the burden that PLN customers
have to bear.
