PLN Shareholders Meeting Reshuffles Board of Directors, Here's the New Lineup

The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) of PT PLN (Persero) was held at the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises office in Jakarta on Thursday evening (18/6/2026). The meeting approved changes to the composition of the company’s Board of Directors.

According to an official PLN statement, the decision is part of efforts to strengthen corporate governance and ensure the sustainability of PLN’s transformation in facing increasingly dynamic challenges in the electricity industry, while supporting the achievement of national development targets in the energy sector.

Darmawan Prasodjo retains his position as CEO. A new position of Deputy CEO has been created and is filled by Yusuf Didi Setiarto. Several other director positions have also been changed.

Executive Vice President of Corporate Communications and TJSL at PLN, Gregorius Adi Trianto, expressed the company’s highest appreciation to the outgoing directors for their dedication, contribution, and service in driving the company’s transformation, strengthening corporate performance, improving customer service quality, and supporting the national energy transition agenda. He also congratulated the newly appointed directors, expressing confidence that their experience, competence, and leadership will further strengthen PLN’s mandate to provide reliable and sustainable electricity oriented towards public interest.

The RUPS added the nomenclature of Deputy CEO and established the complete Board of Directors lineup as follows:

  1. Darmawan Prasodjo as CEO;

  2. Yusuf Didi Setiarto as Deputy CEO;

  3. Nurlely Aman as Director of Legal and Human Capital Management;

  4. Sulistyo Biantoro as Director of Finance;

  5. Rakhmad Dewanto Haris J. as Director of Corporate Planning and Business Development;

  6. Suroso Isnandar as Director of Project Management and New Renewable Energy;

  7. Edwin Nugraha Putra as Director of Technology, Engineering, and Sustainability;

  8. M. Fahrur Rozy as Director of Retail and Commerce;

  9. Denny Triyanto as Director of Risk Management;

  10. Daniel Karmel Fernando Tampubolon as Director of Transmission and System Planning;

  11. Rizal Calvary Marimbo as Director of Generation Management;

  12. Arsyadany G. Akmalaputri as Director of Distribution.
