PLN open to criticism
JAKARTA (JP): The state electricity company PLN in cooperation
with the Indonesian Consumers Foundation (YLKI) will hold a
complaint month from March 27 to May 8.
The complaint month, which will be handled by YLKI with PLN's
Jakarta and Tangerang distribution office, is aimed at gathering
inputs to be used to improve services in electricity, Zumrotin K.
Susilo, chairperson of YLKI, said yesterday.
The complaints to be gathered during the complaint month will
be presented in the Dialog Forum of Electricity Service
Consumers, which later be used by PLN as its measures to improve
the quality of its services.
