PLN New Electricity Connection Tariffs for April 2026: Details from 450 VA to 3,500 VA

Knowing the tariffs for new PLN electricity connections in April 2026 is an important step before applying for an electricity connection for a house, shop house, or new building. So far, the costs for new PLN electricity installations have not undergone any changes. The applicable tariffs still refer to the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation Number 27 of 2017, Article 9 paragraph (1) on electricity connection costs. Therefore, the provisions for new electricity installation tariffs used in previous years still apply in April 2026. Before the connection process is carried out, customers are required to pay the entire installation costs through official PLN channels, one of which is via the PLN Mobile application. In addition, there is also the cost of the Electricity Installation Operation Certificate (SLO). This cost is optional and depends on the policy of the electrician used. However, postpaid customers need to consider additional costs in the form of a subscription guarantee, as well as SLO costs if indeed needed.
