PLN Mobile 2026: Win Electric Cars and Attractive Prizes
PT PLN (Persero) has officially launched the Gelegar PLN Mobile 2026 loyalty program as a form of appreciation for loyal customers. Through this program, users of the PLN Mobile app have the opportunity to win grand prizes in the form of four electric cars and dozens of electric motorcycles simply by collecting transaction points.
The program, which runs from 1 May to 31 December 2026, was introduced at the Gelegar PLN Mobile Experience Day 2026 event in Bekasi, West Java. Customers can collect reward points from various digital activities, ranging from paying electricity bills to making transactions in the marketplace and using electric vehicle services.
Director of Retail and Trade at PLN, Adi Priyanto, stated that this innovation aims to facilitate access to services while making PLN Mobile a part of people’s digital lifestyles.
“We want PLN Mobile to be even closer to customers’ daily needs. Therefore, we continue to develop various digital innovations so that customers can enjoy a more convenient, faster, practical, and integrated service experience,” said Adi Priyanto, as quoted in a statement on Saturday (16/5).
Executive Vice President of Trade and Marketing at PLN, Nayusrizal N, added that every activity on the app now has added value.
“Every transaction and activity by customers on PLN Mobile can now provide added value through points that can be exchanged for various attractive prizes,” he explained.
Customers can exchange points for instant prizes on every “twin date” starting at 10:00 AM. Meanwhile, for raffle coupons, exchanges can be made until 30 November 2026, with the draw scheduled for December 2026.
In addition to giving away prizes, the event also carries a social mission. Every customer who checks in at the event location will have a donation of IDR 13,500 made in their name. A total of more than 7,500 customers participated, and the funds raised will be used to provide free electricity connections for underprivileged communities.
