PLN Enjiniring Reshuffles Board of Directors to Accelerate Energy Transition
PT Prima Layanan Nasional Enjiniring (PLN Enjiniring) has reshuffled its board of directors following a shareholders’ meeting decision. The leadership change is intended to support the company’s transformation and strengthen PLN Enjiniring’s role in developing electricity infrastructure.
PLN Enjiniring Corporate Secretary Anita Widyiastuti stated that the new board of directors consists of Handy Wihartady as President Director, Ardhi Tartahadi as Director of Marketing and Business Development, Warsono as Director of Engineering, and Martono as Director of Finance, Risk Management, and Human Capital.
“This leadership relay is a strategic momentum to strengthen corporate governance, continue the transformation agenda, and accelerate PLN Enjiniring’s role as a leading engineering consulting firm in supporting the development of electricity infrastructure and the national energy transition,” Anita said in a statement on Wednesday (2/7/2026).
According to Anita, the new board is expected to continue various strategic programmes that are already underway while strengthening PLN Enjiniring’s position as the Engineering Excellence Centre within the PLN Group. She said the company will continue to deliver innovative and integrated engineering solutions to support the implementation of the 2025-2034 Electricity Supply Business Plan (RUPTL), the acceleration of the energy transition, and the development of reliable, efficient, and sustainable electricity infrastructure.
Anita added that as a strategic partner of the PLN Group, PLN Enjiniring is committed to ensuring that investments in the electricity sector run effectively through the implementation of good corporate governance, innovation, and the strengthening of human resource competencies. PLN Enjiniring also expressed appreciation to Chairani Rachmatullah for her leadership as President Director, which was considered to have strengthened the foundation of the company’s transformation. Similar appreciation was given to Kurnia Rumdhony for his contributions in market development, strengthening the business portfolio, and expanding the company’s collaborations.
Anita said the change of directors is expected to further strengthen the company’s synergy in realising its vision of becoming an integrated engineering solutions provider that supports the development of the national electricity sector.
