Haris stated that several areas in South Jakarta and West Jakarta were temporarily affected by the outages. However, everything is now normal. “Starting from the Angke, Kebon Jeruk, Kebayoran Lama, Kebayoran Baru, Mampang, Ketapang, and Karet areas,” he said. Supply Disruption There was previously a supply disruption for electricity originating from several main substations. PLN carried out gradual normalisation. “A supply disruption occurred in several areas of Jakarta originating from several Main Substations (GI). Currently, the areas still affected by the outage are Angke and surrounding areas. PLN is carrying out gradual normalisation efforts,” he said. Haris explained that the public can report complaints if they experience electricity issues. He stated that complaints and reports can be submitted through the 123 service and the PLN Mobile application. “Customer complaints and reports can be submitted through the PLN Mobile application and PLN Contact Centre 123,” he said.
