PLN AGM Appoints Yusuf Didi Setiarto as Vice President Director, Here Is His Profile
The 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) of PT PLN (Persero) was held on Thursday evening (18/6/2026) in Jakarta. The meeting resulted in changes to the composition of the company’s Board of Directors.
The position of President Director remains held by Darmawan Prasodjo. However, the PLN AGM also created one new position, appointing Yusuf Didi Setiarto as Vice President Director.
Yusuf Didi Setiarto, born in Padang on 17 January 1974, previously served as Director of Human Capital Management from December 2021 and was subsequently appointed Director of Legal and Human Capital at PLN based on the Decree of the Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Number SK-213/MBU/09/2022 in September 2022.
Setiarto began his career as a lawyer at the Wiriadinata & Widyawan Law Office (2000-2003), then served as Head of Legal Counsel at SKK Migas (2013-2015), Special Advisor to the Vice Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (2017-2019), CEO Advisor at PT Pertamina (2019-2020), and Senior Expert in the Energy Division at the State Secretariat (2015-2021).
According to an official PLN statement, the decision is part of efforts to strengthen corporate governance and ensure the sustainability of PLN’s transformation in facing the increasingly dynamic electricity industry challenges, while supporting the achievement of national development targets in the energy sector.
