Please tell me the address!

I recently happened to read Koichi Tohei's book Ki in Daily Life which I found very interesting. His organization Ki no Kenkyukai has worldwide branches as listed on the back page of the book, where Indonesia is said to have its branch at Jl. Bendungan Hilir Raya 31, Jakarta 10210, phone 570-3071.

Wanting to know more about the organization I called the number only to find that the branch office is no longer there. The lady who answered my call could not give me the whereabouts of the office's new address.

I would highly appreciate it if somebody could give me information on the organization, its Jakarta address and/or phone number.
