Plaza Senayan's security

I am really disappointed with the security system at Plaza
Senayan. On May 9, a woman friend of mine, with the initials D,
was attacked and robbed by a man, who was later identified as EB,
in parking lot P7 of the shopping center.

In the attack, my friend's handbag was seized and its contents
removed. When my friend tried to take back her bag, she was
punched in the right eye. The security team in charge there,
meanwhile, did not do anything to stop the attack.

I would like to express my disappointment with the security
system implemented at Jakarta's Plaza Senayan. Shouldn't the
security team assigned there ensure that no such crime occurs?
