Platforms 6-8 at Bogor Station Temporarily Closed Starting Today, Check the Info!
Several KRL lines at Bogor Station are temporarily closed starting today. The closure is in connection with the platform and canopy extension process at Bogor Station.
Quoting from the X/Twitter account of KAI Commuter (@CommuterLine), starting today, Wednesday (15/4/2026), platforms 6, 7, and 8 as well as the southern side walkway at Bogor Station are temporarily closed for the platform and canopy extension work on platforms 6, 7, and 8.
This temporary closure of the KRL platforms also affects boarding and alighting services as well as entry and exit access at the station. Here are the things that need to be noted.
During the work period, Commuter Line passenger boarding and alighting services will only be available on platform 2-3 and platform 4-5. For easier and more convenient access during the construction period, passengers can use the entry and exit gates in the Eastern Side Hall (Bogor Town Square).
Entry and exit access through the Western Gate (Jl. Kapten Muslihat, Jl Mayor Oking) remains open via a temporary access route that has been provided. On the western side, alternative access to and from platforms 2, 3, 4, and 5 can also be via the Paledang footbridge connecting the western and eastern sides of Bogor Station.
During the construction period, the prayer room and toilets on platform 8 will be closed. KCI provides a temporary prayer room and portable toilets in the area under the Paledang footbridge.
