PT Prima Karya Sarana Sejahtera (PKSS) is collaborating with the Ministry of Manpower and several universities to improve the quality of competitive human resources (HR). “The collaboration with the Ministry of Manpower through the Pasker platform opens up broader access to national workforce absorption,” said PKSS President Director Sadmiadi in a statement in Jakarta on Saturday. PKSS is a human resource management company and a subsidiary of Yayasan Kesejahteraan Pekerja Bank Rakyat Indonesia (YKP BRI) and Dana Pensiun BRI. The partnership focuses on strengthening the talent pipeline, complemented by bootcamp programmes to equip prospective workers with technical and non-technical skills according to industry needs. PKSS, Sadmiadi continued, is also accelerating business transformation to respond to disruption pressures and the increasing need for more adaptive workforce services. This step is considered crucial amid changes in the services industry landscape that demand efficiency, talent quality, and technology integration in every business process. The transformation is directed towards shifting the business model from a conventional workforce provider to a strategic partner offering integrated service solutions. This approach positions the company not merely as a workforce supplier, but as part of the client’s value chain in enhancing productivity and operational efficiency. On the other hand, Sadmiadi emphasised that strengthening the quality of human resources is the main focus. PKSS encourages improvements in workforce competence and productivity through character building based on service excellence. This effort is deemed important as human resource quality is a determining factor in competitiveness, especially in the services industry that heavily relies on individual performance. This step is essential to maintain client trust while enhancing company accountability. In the technology sector, PKSS is developing Prima Career as an end-to-end digital recruitment platform. The system enables processes from job posting to applicant monitoring to be carried out in an integrated manner. This digitalisation not only speeds up the recruitment process but also improves accuracy in candidate selection. Meanwhile, internally, the company is introducing the Prima Super App to support personnel management. The app covers attendance recording, worker activity monitoring, to HR administration services in one platform, thereby increasing efficiency and data transparency. With this strategy, according to Sadmiadi, PKSS aims to strengthen its position in the services industry while addressing market needs for more modern, integrated, and technology-based HR services. “This transformation also signals a shift in the industry towards a business model that is more adaptive to changes in the times,” he said.
