PKP Minister: Danantara Housing a Collaboration Platform for the Housing Ecosystem

Minister of Housing and Settlement Areas (PKP) Maruarar Sirait said the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 serves as a platform for collaboration among various parties in the housing ecosystem.

“I would like to thank Mr Rosan Roeslani (Head of BP Danantara) and Mr Dony Oskaria (COO of Danantara) for providing the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 as an excellent platform for the housing ecosystem, allowing everyone to meet in one place, which is very beneficial. I checked the booths directly and transactions are running very well,” Maruarar said in his statement in Jakarta on Monday.

He expressed hope that the Danantara Housing Expo 2026 can become a strategic momentum to connect the public with decent and affordable housing while strengthening collaboration across the entire national housing ecosystem.

“The most important thing is how all parties move together. The government, Danantara, developers, banks, and all housing industry players must continue to synergise so that more Indonesians, particularly low-income communities, have access to and the ability to own their own homes,” he said.
