PKK Chairperson Urges Students in Timor Tengah Utara to Prepare for Golden Generation 2045
The Chairperson of the Family Welfare Empowerment (TP PKK) movement, Tri Tito Karnavian, has urged students to prepare themselves to become a healthy, intelligent, skilled, and character-driven generation in anticipation of Indonesia Emas 2045. She made this appeal during a healthy exercise session with junior high school students at the Timor Tengah Utara Regent’s Office field in East Nusa Tenggara on Thursday (25/6/2026). Tri stated that today’s youth will be the nation’s future successors, making it essential for them to build their quality from an early age through education, a healthy lifestyle, and character strengthening. She highlighted that sport is a vital tool for shaping a healthy and resilient generation, instilling values such as discipline, sportsmanship, hard work, and honesty. Tri added that Indonesia’s success by 2045 depends not only on economic progress but also on the quality of its human resources. She encouraged students to equip themselves with knowledge, skills, and the ability to adapt to rapid technological advancements. She also reminded them to make the most of their school years by studying diligently, maintaining their health, and exercising regularly. During the event, Tri engaged with students in an enthusiastic question-and-answer session. Symbolic aid was also distributed, including sports equipment for schools, basic food packages for teachers, bags for students, and Child Identity Cards. The activity, organised by the central TP PKK’s Working Group I for Family Character Development, concluded with a group exercise session.
