PKH Task Force Hands Over Rp 10.27 Trillion and 2.3 Million Hectares of Land to the State

JAKARTA, KOMPAS.com - The Satuan Tugas Penertiban Kawasan Hutan (PKH Task Force) has handed over funds from forest area enforcement valued at Rp 10.27 trillion and land spanning 2,373,171.75 hectares to the state during an event at the Attorney General’s Office building in Jakarta on Wednesday (13/5/2026). The handover was directly presented by the Attorney General, who also serves as Deputy Chair I of the PKH Task Force Director, ST Burhanuddin, in the presence of President Prabowo Subianto and several state officials. “Today, as a manifestation of transparency and accountability in performance to the public, we report and hand over the funds from the follow-up actions of forest area enforcement by the PKH Task Force to the state through the Ministry of Finance,” said Burhanuddin. Burhanuddin explained that the funds originated from two main sources, namely administrative fines in the forestry sector and the results of PKH Task Force oversight related to PBB and non-PBB taxes. The administrative fines successfully collected amounted to Rp 3.42 trillion. Meanwhile, the PKH Task Force results allocated for PBB and non-PBB taxes reached Rp 6.84 trillion. All the funds will be deposited into the state treasury through the Ministry of Finance. Burhanuddin stated that the land came from various sectors, ranging from palm oil plantations to mining. The handover was made from the PKH Task Force to the Ministry of Finance, then forwarded to the Badan Pengelola Investasi Daya Anagata Nusantara before being managed by PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara. “Today, the PKH Task Force will hand over the forest area land again to the relevant ministries/institutions from the PKH Task Force to the Ministry of Finance, then to the BP Investasi Danantara, and subsequently to PT Agrinas Palma Nusantara in the seventh phase, covering 2,373,171.75 hectares,” Burhanuddin said. A total of 733,180.2 hectares came from the revocation of concession permits against 29 legal entities. Then, 1,045,219 hectares originated from the revocation of business permits for forest utilisation from 22 legal entities.
