PKB to Hold 28th Anniversary Peak Event in Jakarta, Prabowo Scheduled to Attend

The National Awakening Party (PKB) will hold the peak celebration of its 28th anniversary on 23 July in Jakarta. Secretary of the PKB Anniversary Committee, Rivqy Abdul Halim, stated that President Prabowo Subianto is scheduled to attend the event along with other political party leaders. ‘The peak event will be held on the evening of 23 July, which, God willing, will be attended by the President of the Republic of Indonesia and all leaders of friendly political parties,’ said Rivqy at the DPP PKB Office in Central Jakarta on Monday (6/7). Rivqy explained that this year’s PKB anniversary carries the theme ‘New Direction, Constitutional Economic Mandate’. He said that prior to the peak event, PKB will hold several activities. These include the handover of educational assistance in the form of scholarships and development aid to the Arus Kula Indigenous School in West Kalimantan, as well as the PKB Tree Party in Cempaka Putih, Jakarta. ‘We will also hold several discussions, including an artificial intelligence discussion for all pesantren across Indonesia, which, God willing, will be attended by at least 10,000 pesantren. He added that there will also be a simultaneous inauguration of 514 PKB Branch Executive Boards and 38 Regional Executive Boards from across Indonesia. Before the peak event on the evening of 23 July, PKB will invite prominent kiai from all over Indonesia. ‘Then on the morning of 23 July, we will invite kiai from all over Indonesia, prominent kiai from all pesantren across Indonesia, which will be held on the morning of the 23rd.
