Jakarta — Perum Jasa Tirta II (PJT II) has ensured that water resource operations and maintenance activities continue to function optimally during the collective leave period and Eid al-Fitr 1447 Hijriah holiday, including during the work-from-anywhere (WFA) policy for Eid 2026 implemented on 16–17 March 2026 and 25–28 March 2026.

PJT II Chief Executive Officer Imam Santoso stated that the company has deployed personnel across various strategic infrastructure facilities to guarantee that water management services remain uninterrupted throughout the holiday period.

“During the Eid al-Fitr holiday, PJT II continues to station operational teams in the field to ensure all water resource infrastructure operates properly. Continuous monitoring of dams, waterways, and hydroelectric power plant facilities is carried out to maintain service to the public,” said Imam Santoso.

According to him, water resource management constitutes a public service that must operate continuously, making operational readiness a top priority. Therefore, the company has strengthened operational scheduling arrangements, enhanced personnel preparedness, and reinforced internal coordination across divisions and work units.

Beyond maintaining dam, waterway, and hydroelectric power plant operations, PJT II also ensures that the stability of raw water supply to the public remains secure. Water operations are arranged in a planned manner so that raw water requirements and other strategic needs remain available safely and sustainably throughout the Eid holiday.

PJT II also conducts regular hydrological monitoring by utilising digital infrastructure to support optimal water operation management. This approach is undertaken to anticipate potential disruptions whilst maintaining balance between water availability, service requirements, and sustainable water resource management.

Through this preparedness, PJT II hopes that the public can celebrate Eid al-Fitr comfortably whilst water resource management services operate optimally.
