On Dec. 20,1995 I reported a leakage of the water pipe in the
front yard of my house. This has resulted in the front garden
being inundated all the time. When I met the developer's staff,
they asked me this: "Is the leakage within or outside the house?"
I said that it was in the house, adding that the Bintaro Jaya
Developer would suffer a loss if they delayed the repair.

Three days later I had to report the matter again because they
had not repaired the leaking pipe. This effort, too, brought no
result. I tried to treat the leakage myself by putting a
"bandage" on the leak. Yet it produced no satisfactory result.
The quality of the pipe must be very poor.
