PINTU Launches PINTU VIP, Loyalty Programme for Crypto Traders
JAKARTA – Cryptocurrency investment platform PT Pintu Kemana Saja has launched the PINTU VIP programme, an exclusive service aimed at loyal users of its cryptocurrency investment application.
The programme offers a range of premium services designed to provide trading experience to global standards on a secure, licenced cryptocurrency platform in Indonesia.
Senior Vice President (SVP) Strategy & Business at PINTU, Andy Putra, stated that PINTU VIP has been introduced to meet the needs of users seeking a cryptocurrency investment ecosystem with more personalised services and additional facilities.
Through this programme, PINTU VIP members will receive a number of exclusive facilities. One of these is priority customer support – a 24-hour customer support service with message response times of less than three minutes. This service covers assistance with technical issues and queries related to products and transactions.
Members will also receive weekly market insights, exclusive weekly market analysis intended to help members make investment decisions based on market analysis. This facility is designed to enhance trading strategy efficiency, particularly for users with high transaction volumes.
Additionally, PINTU VIP members can participate in exclusive expert sessions – exclusive and interactive discussions with expert speakers.

According to Andy, as of February 2026, there are already over 1,000 PINTU VIP members who have been loyal PINTU application users for an average of more than 2.5 years. Demographically, millennials dominate the membership at nearly 30 per cent of the total PINTU VIP members, with residents spread across major cities including Jakarta, Surabaya, Medan, and other cities.
To become a PINTU VIP member, users must meet one of several established criteria. These include maintaining a minimum average balance of IDR 1 billion or total spot trading volume of at least IDR 1 billion. VIP status is updated automatically each month.
