PIM 5 Officially Opens with Semi-Outdoor Concept and Premium Tenant Mix

Jakarta — The Pondok Indah Mall (PIM) complex in South Jakarta, previously known for PIM 1, 2, and 3, has expanded with the addition of PIM 5. PIM 5 officially opened in February 2026 with a slightly different concept. Unlike the taller buildings of PIM 1, 2, and 3, this new mall features all tenants on a single floor with a semi-outdoor layout. Some tenants are located along the outdoor areas, while others are inside the air-conditioned building near the premium supermarket Ranch Market. Visitors can access PIM 5 directly from PIM 1 via a pedestrian bridge (JPO) in the PIM 1 car park area, which connects to Ranch Market’s courtyard at PIM 5. Operating hours for PIM 5 follow the previous malls, opening daily from 10:00 to 22:00 WIB. A range of premium supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, beauty, health, and lifestyle stores are available to cater to the needs of Pondok Indah residents and South Jakarta as a whole. PIM 5’s parking area is situated directly behind the mall, ensuring visitors do not have to walk far to reach the shopping area. For those relying on public transport, the Commuter Line KRL should be taken to Kebayoran Station, followed by a ride on a ride-hailing service or TransJakarta. TransJakarta routes serving PIM 5 include Corridor 1Q Blok M-Rempoa, 8E Bintaro-Blok M, and route S21 Ciputat-Tosari, which stops at the PIM bus stop.
