PIHPS: Red Chilli Price at Rp91,700/kg, Chicken Meat at Rp39,800/kg

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Strategic Food Price Information Centre (PIHPS), managed by Bank Indonesia, records the price of red bird’s eye chilli commodity at Rp91,700 per kilogram (kg), while broiler chicken meat is at Rp39,800 per kg.

Based on data from PIHPS reported in Jakarta on Thursday at 10:20 WIB, in addition to red bird’s eye chilli and chicken meat, other national retail-level food prices include shallots at Rp49,900 per kg and garlic at Rp41,650 per kg.

Additionally, low-quality rice I is priced at Rp15,000 per kg, low-quality rice II at Rp14,750 per kg. Meanwhile, medium-quality rice I is at Rp15,700 per kg, and medium-quality rice II at Rp15,500 per kg.

Furthermore, super-quality rice I is at Rp16,850 per kg, and super-quality rice II at Rp16,400 per kg.

Next, PIHPS records the price of large red chilli at Rp42,300 per kg, curly red chilli at Rp42,950 per kg, and green bird’s eye chilli at Rp52,050 per kg.

Then, beef quality I is at Rp150,600 per kg, and beef quality II at Rp143,000 per kg.

The prices of the following commodities are premium white sugar at Rp20,550 per kg and local white sugar at Rp19,250 per kg.

Meanwhile, bulk cooking oil is at Rp20,800 per litre, branded packaged cooking oil I at Rp23,400 per litre, and branded packaged cooking oil II at Rp22,450 per litre.

In addition, PIHPS also records the price of broiler chicken eggs at Rp33,650 per kg.
