PIHPS: Chicken Egg Prices Rp32,000 per kg, Shallots Rp45,950 per kg

Jakarta (ANTARA) - The National Strategic Food Price Information Centre (PIHPS), managed by Bank Indonesia, has recorded the price of broiler chicken eggs at Rp32,000 per kilogram (kg), while shallots stand at Rp45,950 per kg. Based on data from PIHPS reported in Jakarta on Friday at 06:35 WIB, in addition to chicken eggs and shallots, other national retail-level food prices include garlic at Rp39,650 per kg. Furthermore, grade I low-quality rice is priced at Rp14,550 per kg, grade II low-quality rice at Rp14,550 per kg. Meanwhile, grade I medium-quality rice is at Rp16,050 per kg, and grade II medium-quality rice at Rp15,950 per kg. Then, grade I super rice is at Rp17,350 per kg, and grade II super rice at Rp16,850 per kg. Subsequently, PIHPS has recorded the price of large red chillies at Rp48,600 per kg, curly red chillies at Rp46,400 per kg, green bird’s eye chillies at Rp48,700 per kg, and red bird’s eye chillies at Rp65,000 per kg. Next, broiler chicken meat is at Rp39,400 per kg, grade I beef at Rp147,650 per kg, and grade II beef at Rp139,700 per kg. The prices of the following commodities are sugar premium quality at Rp20,250 per kg, and local sugar at Rp19,200 per kg. Meanwhile, bulk cooking oil is at Rp20,500 per litre, branded packaged cooking oil grade I at Rp23,650 per litre, and branded packaged cooking oil grade II at Rp22,750 per litre.
