Pierre Cardin belt replaced

The day after The Jakarta Post published my letter Buying Pierre Cardin belt, Jan. 7), Ms. Olha Sample, brand manager of PT Nusa Kreasifontana, the licensed distributor of Pierre Cardin in Indonesia, called me to apologize and clear the problem.

On Jan. 9 she visited me at my office, bringing with her a brand new Pierre Cardin belt as a replacement for the defective product I had bought. Finally, I got what I paid for.
