The case file for Indonesian Idol artist Petrus Yohannes Debrito Armando Jaga Kota, alias Piche, has not yet been declared complete by the Belu District Prosecutor’s Office (Kejari) in East Nusa Tenggara (NTT). Meanwhile, the other two suspects, Roy Mali and Rifal Sila, have been declared complete and have entered stage two. Piche, Rifal, and Roy are the three suspects in the rape case against a high school student with the initials ACT (16) in Belu Regency, NTT. “Regarding the handling of the three suspects, two of them have been declared complete, namely RS and RM, and have entered stage two to the prosecutor’s office,” said Belu Police Chief AKBP I Gede Putra Astawa when interviewed at NTT Provincial Police Headquarters on Thursday (30/4/2026). Astawa explained that specifically for Piche Kota’s case file, it is still in the completion stage. He mentioned that there are several matters that must be completed by Belu Police Resort in accordance with instructions from Kejari Belu. “Until now, we are still completing the matters that need to be completed according to the results of coordination with the prosecutor’s office. And this is still in process,” Astawa clarified. He assured that there are no obstacles in the file completion process. According to him, the number of witnesses examined in this case is more than eight people. “As for the victim herself, during this process, she has accompaniment from PPA as well as the LPSK team,” Astawa concluded.
