ENFORCE AND UPHOLD THE LAW!: Student demonstrations demanding
that former president Soeharto be tried for his crimes are
commonplace. They urge the Attorney General's office to be
responsive and responsible in their efforts to enforce the rule
of law, despite the fact that efforts to bring Soeharto to trial
