Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - Pharmaceutical issuer PT Phapros Tbk (PEHA) has announced a cash dividend distribution of Rp4.12 billion from its 2025 financial year profits. The decision was ratified at the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGM) held on Friday (11/6/2026).

Phapros President Director Intan Abdams Katoppo stated that the dividend distributed is equivalent to a dividend payout ratio of 15% of the company’s net profit, which reached Rp27.44 billion in 2025.

“So we are also grateful because after two years of declining dividends, shareholders can finally receive dividends again,” said Intan during a public presentation on Friday (11/6/2026).

Meanwhile, 85% of the net profit, or approximately Rp23.32 billion, has been designated as retained earnings to support the company’s future profitability sustainability. These funds will also be used to meet capital expenditure (capex) requirements, particularly related to fulfilling the compliance standards of the tightly regulated pharmaceutical industry.

Previously, Phapros recorded a net profit of Rp27.44 billion for the January-December 2025 period. This achievement marked a turnaround from a net loss of Rp290.63 billion in the same period the previous year, representing an annual increase of approximately 109%.

This performance improvement was bolstered by double-digit sales growth and the success of the company’s operational efficiency strategies. Throughout 2025, Phapros recorded sales of Rp940.88 billion, growing 26.54% compared to the previous year.

The sales increase occurred across all product segments that are the main contributors to the company’s revenue. The over-the-counter (OTC) drug segment grew 43.20% year-on-year, the branded generic (OGB) segment rose 13.95%, while the ethical segment soared by 54.94%.

In terms of efficiency, the company managed to reduce its cost of goods sold (COGS) by 5.41% to Rp448.37 billion from the previous Rp474.03 billion. Additionally, operating expenses also decreased by 14.64% to Rp406.43 billion in 2025 compared to Rp476.12 billion in the previous year.
