Phapros Distributes Dividend After Two-Year Absence

PT Phapros Tbk booked a net profit of Rp 27.44 billion in 2025, a 109% increase compared to the loss of Rp 290.63 billion in 2024. “This growth was achieved through double-digit sales growth and the success of operational efficiency strategies,” said Phapros President Director Intan Abdams Katoppo during a virtual public presentation on Thursday, 11 June 2026. Intan explained that the company’s sales performance throughout 2025 was recorded at Rp 940.9 billion, up 26.3% compared to Rp 744.7 billion in 2024. Meanwhile, the company’s gross profit reached Rp 492.5 billion in 2025, an increase compared to Rp 270.66 billion in 2024. Thanks to this net profit achievement, Intan said the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders agreed on a cash dividend distribution to shareholders. The dividend payout ratio was set at 15%, or Rp 4.12 billion of net profit. According to Intan, the dividend distribution comes after two consecutive years of absence. Intan stated that 85% of net profit will be allocated for future profitability sustainability as reserves. He noted that the company still requires funds for capital expenditure for operations. “It is still being used as retained earnings,” he said. Throughout 2025, Intan reported the company reduced its cost of goods sold by 5.41% to Rp 448.37 billion compared to the previous year’s Rp 474.03 billion. The COGS to sales ratio in 2025 also fell to 47.65% compared to 63.65% in 2024. According to Intan, the decline indicates highly efficient production processes and a larger gross profit margin. Additionally, the company reduced operating expenses by 14.64% to Rp 406.43 billion in 2025 compared to Rp 476.12 billion in 2024. Phapros reported net cash flow from operating activities of Rp 123.757 billion, with a cash balance as of 31 December 2025 of Rp 120.98 billion, a 31.49% increase compared to Rp 92 billion in the same period the previous year.
