Phapros Distributes Dividend After Two-Year Absence
PT PHAPROS Tbk recorded a net profit of Rp 27.44 billion in 2025, representing a 109 per cent increase compared to a loss of Rp 290.63 billion in 2024. “This growth was achieved through double-digit sales growth and the success of operational efficiency strategies,” stated Phapros President Director Intan Abdams Katoppo during a virtual public expose on Thursday, 11 June 2026.
Intan explained that the company’s sales performance throughout 2025 was recorded at Rp 940.9 billion, an increase of 26.3 per cent compared to the 2024 figure of Rp 744.7 billion. Meanwhile, the company’s gross profit reached Rp 492.5 billion in 2025, up from Rp 270.66 billion in 2024.
Following these net profit achievements, Intan stated that the 2025 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders agreed to the distribution of cash dividends to shareholders. The dividend payout ratio was set at 15 per cent, amounting to Rp 4.12 billion of the net profit. According to Intan, the dividend distribution returns after a two-year absence.
Furthermore, Intan noted that 85 per cent of the net profit will be allocated to ensure future profitability through reserves. She added that the company still requires funds for capital expenditure (capex) for operations, stating, “It will still be used as retained earnings.”
Throughout 2025, Intan reported that the company reduced its Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) by 5.41 per cent to Rp 448.37 billion, compared to Rp 474.03 billion in the previous year.
The COGS-to-sales ratio in 2025 also fell to 47.65 per cent, down from 63.65 per cent in 2024. According to Intan, the decline in the COGS ratio relative to sales indicates that the production process is running very efficiently, resulting in larger gross profit margins. Additionally, the company reduced operating expenses by 14.64 per cent to Rp 406.43 billion in 2025, compared to Rp 476.12 billion in 2024.
Meanwhile, Phapros reported net cash flow from operating activities of Rp 123.757 billion, with a cash balance of Rp 120.98 billion as of 31 December 2025. This value represents a 31.49 per cent increase compared to the same period in the previous year, which stood at Rp 92 billion.
