PGN (PGAS) to Pay Dividend of IDR 125.60 per Share, Distribution ScheduleAnnounced

The decision was announced following the Annual General Meeting of shareholders (AGMs) held on 22 May 2026. In a disclosure on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) website on Tuesday, 26 May 2026, PGAS stated that the declared dividend was USD 172.29 million. PGAS has set the effective Distribution date as 22 May 2026. The Distribution schedule is as follows. In the document, PGAS also provided financial data as of 31 December 2025, which served as the basis for the dividend. Additionally, unrestricted retained earnings stood at USD 215.36 million, while total equity stood at USD 3.6 billion.
