PGN (PGAS) Approves Dividend of Rp125.60 per Share for 2025 Financial Year

PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk. (PGAS), also known as PGN, will pay a total dividend of US$172.29 million for the 2025 financial year, equivalent to Rp125.60 per share. The dividend will be paid from the company’s net profit of US$215.36 million for the same period.

The decision follows the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the 2025 financial year held on May 22, 2026, at 2:39 PM WIB until conclusion at the Auditorium Room, Graha PGAS Building, 2nd Floor, PGN Office Complex, Jalan KH. Zainul Arifin No. 20, Jakarta 11140.

PGN announced the dividend payment date as June 24, 2026. The cum-dividend date for the regular and negotiation markets is June 4, 2026, with the ex-dividend date on June 5, 2026. For the cash market, the cum-dividend date is June 8, 2026, and the ex-dividend date is June 9, 2026. The shareholder register date for the cash dividend is June 8, 2026.
