Peter Sondakh's Gold Mining Company (ARCI) Profits Surge Nearly Tenfold

Jakarta, CNBC Indonesia - The gold mining issuer PT Archi Indonesia Tbk. (ARCI) recorded net profit for the year of US$102.52 million in 2025. This achievement surged 884.8% year-on-year (yoy) compared to US$10.41 million in 2024.

The profit increase was supported by revenue growth from customer contracts amounting to US$496.23 million, up 72.53% yoy from US$287.62 million in 2024. In detail, domestic customers were the main revenue contributors, amounting to US$399.86 million.

By segment, the largest revenue came from gold mining at US$434.86 million. Subsequently, gold trading and processing generated revenue of US$61.37 million, while other income was nil this year.

Along with the increase, the cost of goods sold also rose to US$286.18 million from US$227.1 million the previous year. Consequently, ARCI’s gross profit became US$210.04 million from US$60.52 million in the previous year.

Archi Indonesia’s operating profit also experienced a significant increase to US$203.95 million, compared to US$56.60 million in 2024.

From the balance sheet perspective, Archi Indonesia’s total assets increased to US$1.03 billion as of 31 December 2025, up from US$865.4 million in the previous year.

Meanwhile, the total liabilities of Peter Sondakh’s company were recorded at US$663.83 million at the end of 2025.
