Peruri Wins Two Prestigious Awards at Digital Day 2026
State-owned enterprise Peruri has secured two prestigious awards at Digital Day 2026, held on Thursday, 26 February at the Abdulrahman Saleh Auditorium of Indonesian National Radio (RRI) in Central Jakarta. The awards recognise the company’s commitment to digital transformation initiatives.
At the event, organised by The Iconomics Media and supported by Axia Research, Peruri was named winner of the “Indonesia Top Digital Innovation Award 2026”, a national-level recognition granted to companies that have successfully implemented large-scale technology innovation and adaptation with significant impact.
Beyond the corporate award, Peruri’s Director of Human Resources, Technology and Information, Gandung Anggoro Murdani, also received the “Indonesia Popular CIO & CTO Awards 2026” for effective leadership and information technology strategy, based on survey results and editorial board assessment in consultation with relevant institutions.
Gandung stated that the achievement affirms Peruri’s direction as a technology company. He noted that Peruri no longer focuses solely on printing currency and state security documents, but now develops various digital services.
“At this stage, Peruri has transformed into a technology company that is not only focused on printing currency and physical state security documents. We now offer various digital services to provide solutions relevant to Indonesia’s future in facing global digital challenges,” Gandung said upon receiving the award.
He added that the award demonstrates the strategic changes the company is undergoing. “This award underscores the significant transformation we are experiencing, and we remain committed to continuing innovation to advance the digital technology sector in our country,” he affirmed.
According to Gandung, the digital transformation encompasses strengthening data security systems and developing high-technology based services. These measures address digital disruption challenges whilst reinforcing Peruri’s position as a high security technology company in Indonesia.
Through these awards, Peruri reaffirms its commitment to enhancing digital capability and expanding service innovation. The company is targeting the strengthening of the national digital ecosystem through developing adaptive and sustainable solutions amid global technology dynamics.
