Peruri Strengthens TJSL Commitment through ESG Integration
Peruri, the state-owned currency printing company, has strengthened its commitment to developing Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programmes integrated with environmental, social, and governance (ESG) principles. ‘For Peruri, sustainability is not just about compliance, but about how the company can create shared value, strengthen governance, and deliver tangible benefits to society and the environment,’ said Peruri’s Head of Corporate Security Adi Sunardi in a written statement in Jakarta on Tuesday (26 May). He explained that TJSL programmes are oriented towards sustainability, community empowerment, education, environmental protection, and shared value creation. The programmes are designed to align with the company’s transformation strategy and deliver measurable impacts for stakeholders. This commitment is reflected in Peruri’s achievements at the TOP CSR Awards 2026. This year, Peruri received two awards: the TOP CSR Awards 2026 Five-Star rating and the TOP Leader on CSR Commitment 2026 award, presented to Peruri’s President Director Dwina Septiani Wijaya. Peruri stated that these achievements recognise the strengthening of its systems, policies, governance, and the effectiveness of its TJSL implementation. TJSL programmes are designed not only to be philanthropic but also to create sustainable value for society, the environment, and the company. ‘These awards demonstrate that Peruri’s commitment to TJSL and ESG is moving towards a more strategic and impactful direction,’ Adi added. Through these achievements, Peruri stated it will continue to strengthen the integration of TJSL and ESG into its corporate strategy. Adi added that each programme will not only benefit recipients but also support business sustainability, the company’s reputation, and Peruri’s contribution to Indonesia. (Ant/E-2)
