Peruri Provides Free Homecoming Travel for 500 Participants to Three Cities in Central Java
Perum Percetakan Uang Republik Indonesia (Peruri) is once again supporting the public’s homecoming journeys through the Mudik Nyaman Bersama BUMN 2026 programme in anticipation of Eid al-Fitr 1447 H. This programme represents Peruri’s effort to contribute to the smooth flow of the national homecoming and to provide safe and comfortable travel for the public to reunite with their beloved families in their hometowns. Peruri’s participation in this programme is also part of the company’s commitment to fulfilling its social and environmental responsibilities, while supporting the government’s initiative to provide safe and comfortable homecoming transportation for the public ahead of Eid al-Fitr. This year, Peruri is sending off 500 homecomers using 13 buses to three main destinations: Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Solo. Specifically for participants departing from the GBK area, the homecomers first attended the ceremonial send-off for Mudik Nyaman Bersama BUMN, which was attended by the Coordinating Minister for Infrastructure and Regional Development, Agus Harimurti Yudhoyono (AHY), accompanied by the Head of the State-Owned Enterprises Agency, Dony Oskaria, along with their entourages. Peruri’s President Director, Dwina Septiani Wijaya, hopes that this programme will benefit the public who wish to celebrate Eid al-Fitr with their families. “Safe travels to all participants. May the journey to your hometowns proceed smoothly, safely, and filled with happiness. We hope that the Mudik Nyaman Bersama BUMN programme can help the public reunite with their beloved families and bring goodness and joy in the Eid al-Fitr moment,” said Dwina in an official statement on Wednesday (18/3/2026). One of the homecoming participants heading to Solo, named Ponco Kurniawan, admitted to being greatly helped by this programme. “Alhamdulillah, I am very pleased to be able to homecoming with my family through the Peruri homecoming programme. This is the first time I have had the opportunity to join a homecoming programme like this, and it is certainly very helpful, especially for those of us who have difficulty obtaining travel tickets. Thank you to Peruri for this very beneficial programme,” Ponco stated. As a company that continues to commit to providing added value to the public, Peruri will continue to present various social programmes that provide real benefits and have a positive impact on the wider community. For Peruri, every homecoming journey is not just a movement from one city to another, but also a moment to strengthen togetherness and bring new hopes for Indonesian families.
