Peruri promotes efficiency in property sector through digital security services
Jakarta (ANTARA) - Perusahaan Umum Percetakan Uang Republik Indonesia (Peruri) is promoting efficiency within the property sector through digital security services.
Peruri’s Director of Finance and HR, Fajar Rizki, explained in a written statement in Jakarta on Tuesday that the speed and validity of administrative documents are crucial aspects of the property industry. Consequently, he believes Peruri’s digital products, such as e-meterai (electronic duty stamps) and digital signatures, can bring fundamental changes to administrative governance.
The management of documents, including business administrative requirements, cooperation agreements, and employment contracts, can be completed without the use of paper and in real-time. The company believes that such digital products not only cut through traditional bureaucracy but also provide maximum protection against potential document forgery.
“We hope Peruri’s digital solutions can continue to provide operational ease for industry players to move more agilely in this modern era,” said Fajar.
Based on these efforts, Peruri received the Business Proponent of Property Industry award with the predicate “The State-Owned Enterprise With the Most Rapid Digital Transformation Breakthrough” at the Indonesia Property & Bank Award 2026. Fajar noted that this distinction demonstrates how innovation can provide added value that is directly felt by the wider community, particularly within the property and banking business ecosystems.
Peruri’s services are positioned as a facilitator that supports business acceleration, according to Fajar. “Through the digital authentication ecosystem we have developed, we want to ensure that administrative document governance is no longer a bureaucratic obstacle, but rather an integrated, fast, and secure process,” he added.
