Peruri Expands Market Access for Assisted SMEs Through Road to INACRAFT 2026
Peruri is expanding market access for its fostered micro, small, and medium enterprises (SMEs) through participation in the Road to INACRAFT 2026, aiming to boost product competitiveness in a wider market. Head of Peruri’s Corporate Secretary, Adi Sunardi, stated that participation in the event is a strategic step to increase product exposure, expand market access, and connect fostered SMEs with consumers and potential business partners. “This participation provides an opportunity for Peruri’s fostered SMEs to introduce the quality and uniqueness of their products to a broader market. We hope this can open collaboration opportunities, expand business networks, and encourage fostered SMEs to continuously improve the quality, innovation, and competitiveness of their products,” Adi said in a statement quoted in Jakarta on Tuesday. The Road to INACRAFT 2026 is being held from 15 to 19 July 2026 at the Jogja Expo Center, Special Region of Yogyakarta. Peruri’s participation is part of its Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programme to support sustainable SME development. Adi explained that the support provided is not only in the form of assistance but also includes business capacity building, promotion, expansion of marketing networks, and the opening of cooperation opportunities so that fostered SMEs can grow independently and adapt to market developments. Through this event, Peruri hopes its fostered SMEs can gain insights into market needs, build new business relationships, and increase product added value and innovation. This effort is also part of Peruri’s contribution to strengthening an inclusive creative economy ecosystem and supporting national economic growth. The Road to INACRAFT 2026 serves as a promotional platform and capacity-building tool for SME players and the creative industry. Peruri is participating with the theme “Hayuning Bawono,” featuring a sustainable product and slow fashion concept that emphasises the balance between cultural preservation, environmental awareness, and responsible, sustainable production processes. Peruri involved seven fostered SMEs from Yogyakarta that are members of the Jogja Berkarya community. These seven SMEs are showcasing various superior products from the fashion, craft, and culinary sectors. Astarupa presents batik and painted t-shirts, while Ethnic Gendhis displays hand-drawn batik with ethnic designs. Klamby Kulo brings fashion products and accessories, and Kain Etnik Mama Poenya exhibits clothing made from Indonesian traditional fabrics with distinctive sewing techniques. Additionally, CFTM showcases leather wallets and straps, Delolie introduces Gunungkidul’s speciality cassava cookies, and Black Garlic Adimas presents processed black garlic products.
