Peruri distributes basic food parcels and aid to Bazis Peruri wards during Ramadan
Jakarta – The State Printing Company of the Republic of Indonesia (Peruri) has distributed 400 basic food packages and charitable donations to children under the care of Bazis Peruri as part of the Ramadhan 2026 social programme.
Head of the Strategic Corporate Branding & TJSL Bureau at Peruri, Yahdi Lil Ihsan, explained that the social activity was implemented through the Ramadan Berseri programme (Ramadan Berbagi Bersama Peruri).
‘Through various sharing activities carried out during Ramadan, we aim to bring happiness while also strengthening the values of care and togetherness, for both the community and the children under Bazis Peruri’s care,’ Yahdi said in a written statement in Jakarta on Friday.
A total of 400 basic food packages were distributed to communities in Karawang, West Java, as a demonstration of the company’s concern to help meet basic needs during Ramadan in the operational area.
The company also provided donations to the Bazis Peruri wards in Karawang.
In addition, Peruri provided Eid outfits to Bazis Peruri wards that were held in Jakarta.
Besides shopping for Eid outfits, the event series was followed by breaking the fast together with Peruri representatives.
Dawam H, who is responsible for Strategic Corporate Branding and TJSL at Peruri, explained that the Ramadan Berseri series is designed to provide tangible support and meaningful experiences for beneficiaries.
The programme upholds Ramadan values such as care, solidarity, and blessings through concrete actions that deliver direct impact to the community.
‘We hope this activity will not only help meet the community’s needs during Ramadan but also bring happiness and strengthen the spirit of sharing and togetherness,’ Dawam said.
Through this programme, Peruri affirmed its commitment to continue offering inclusive, sustainable social programmes that have a real impact on society, in line with the company’s values in creating benefits for the surrounding environment.
