Perumda Dharma Jaya has reaffirmed its commitment to social responsibility by participating in a house renovation programme initiated by Baznas (Bazis) DKI Jakarta. The culmination of this activity was marked by the official inauguration and symbolic handing over of house keys by Jakarta Governor Pramono Anung in the Serdang area, Kemayoran, Central Jakarta.

Perumda Dharma Jaya’s participation in supporting the renovation of residents’ housing is part of the company’s ongoing corporate social activities that have been running continuously since 2025. Perumda Dharma Jaya consistently supports the house renovation programme as part of efforts to assist the Jakarta Provincial Government in providing housing for the community.

Raditya Endra Budiman, Director General of Perumda Dharma Jaya, stated that the company’s support for the renovation of two housing units in this programme represents a manifestation of the company’s vision aligned with Jakarta’s development.

“We believe that adequate housing is a fundamental foundation for family health and productivity,” said Raditya.

Furthermore, he stated that the synergy between Regional State-Owned Enterprises (BUMDs) and Baznas (Bazis) DKI Jakarta is an important instrument in improving settlements in Jakarta.

In this agenda, a total of 26 houses that have been completed in renovation were returned to beneficiaries. In detail, the distribution of renovated houses includes 10 houses in Central Jakarta, 2 houses in West Jakarta, 11 houses in South Jakarta, 1 house in North Jakarta, and 2 houses in East Jakarta. This programme aims to improve the quality of life of Jakarta residents through the provision of healthy, safe, and adequate housing.

Raditya emphasised that the availability of housing that meets health standards is not merely physical development, but a fundamental foundation for family productivity.
