Perum Jasa Tirta II Ensures Water Management Operations Continue During Eid Holidays
JAKARTA – Perum Jasa Tirta II has ensured that water resource management operations and maintenance activities will continue throughout the joint leave and Eid al-Fitr holiday period in 2026.
The work-from-anywhere (WFA) policy applies to civil servants, state-owned enterprises, and the private sector from 16–17 and 25–28 March 2026.
Chief Executive Officer of Perum Jasa Tirta II, Imam Santoso, stated that the company remains committed to maintaining optimal water resource management. This is being achieved through enhanced monitoring systems, improved personnel readiness, and field-level operational arrangements.
Intensive monitoring continues to ensure water management systems function effectively and to anticipate potential disruptions during the Eid holiday period.
Perum Jasa Tirta II is also ensuring stability in raw water supply. Water operations are being managed systematically to meet public needs.
“During the Eid al-Fitr holiday period, Perum Jasa Tirta II will maintain operational teams in the field to ensure all water resource infrastructure operates properly. Monitoring of dams, channels, and hydroelectric power generation facilities continues to maintain service to the public,” Imam said in a statement on Saturday (14 March 2026).
Internal coordination among divisions and working units has been strengthened to expedite response to any potential disruptions. Hydrological conditions are being monitored regularly, with digital infrastructure supporting more accurate water management.
Water operations are expected to run optimally according to requirements. This forms part of efforts to balance water availability, service needs, and sustainable water resource management.
Collaboration between field operational teams and support units has been reinforced. Support from various stakeholders helps maintain reliable water management services during the holiday period.
