Pertamina Supplies LPG Needs to Support KDMP Programme
PT Pertamina (Persero), through PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, is supporting a government programme via the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperatives (KDKMP) by strengthening energy access and distribution at the village and sub-district levels.
This support is realised through the distribution of 3kg LPG via KDKMP as part of a joint effort to meet community energy needs while stimulating local economies. As of the end of September 2026, Pertamina Patra Niaga has supported 958 KDKMPs spread across various regions in Indonesia and continues to strive to improve its distribution services.
This support represents a synergy between Pertamina Patra Niaga, the government, and relevant stakeholders to optimise the role of KDKMP as part of the economic and energy distribution ecosystem in villages and sub-districts.
VP of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Kitty Andhora, stated that Pertamina Patra Niaga is committed to supporting various government programmes aimed at providing direct benefits to the community.
“Pertamina Patra Niage supports the Merah Putih Village/Sub-district Cooperative Programme as part of our synergy with the government to strengthen the community economy at the village and sub-district levels. Through support for energy access and distribution, we hope KDKMP can provide tangible benefits to the community while supporting economic activities in their respective areas,” said Kitty in a statement on Friday (2/10/2026).
Support through 3kg LPG is one form of collaboration by Pertamina Patra Niaga in supporting the implementation of KDKMP. With access to 3kg LPG, KDKMP is expected to help strengthen energy availability for the community in their areas, while remaining in compliance with applicable regulations.
Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to coordinate with the central government, local governments, and relevant stakeholders to support the implementation of the KDKMP programme. This synergy is conducted to ensure that support for government programmes can run optimally while providing benefits to the public.
“The synergy between the government, KDKMP, and Pertamina Patra Niaga is a vital part of ensuring this programme runs smoothly. Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to evaluate, improve, and enhance energy distribution services to KDKMPs that are ready to operate through service improvements or the addition of outlets within KDKMP. We will continue to support according to the role and capacity of Pertamina Patra Niaga, particularly in the provision and distribution of energy for the community,” added Kitty.
