PT Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to strengthen its role as the frontline of national energy service. Throughout 2025, the company successfully maintained energy supply reliability across Indonesia while improving energy access for communities in frontier, outermost, and disadvantaged (3T) regions. Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga Roberth MV Dumatubun stated that the company’s achievements in 2025 are the result of a strong commitment from all Pertamina Patra Niaga personnel, oriented towards public service to ensure energy is available, easily accessible, affordable, of high quality, and sustainable. “Pertamina Patra Niaga conducts energy operations with the 4A+1S principle, namely Availability, Accessibility, Affordability, Acceptability, and Sustainability,” said Roberth in a written statement on Friday (19/6/2026). According to him, the company’s efforts to guarantee energy availability were also reflected in the implementation of the Ramadan and Idulfitri as well as Christmas and New Year Task Forces, which ensured that supplies of fuel, LPG, and Avtur remained secure during periods of peak public mobility. 24-hour monitoring support and cross-agency coordination were key to maintaining the smooth distribution of national energy. In emergency and disaster conditions, Pertamina Patra Niaga is always present to ensure the community’s energy needs are met. Distribution support via land, sea, and air routes is carried out in an integrated manner with the government, the Indonesian National Armed Forces/National Police, regional governments, and all stakeholders to maintain national energy security in various situations. In supporting energy equity, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to expand energy access through the One Price Fuel Programme, which is now present at 588 points across Indonesia. The company also operates 421 Fishermen’s Fuel Stations to support the productivity of the fisheries sector and strengthen the economic resilience of coastal communities. Additionally, the company continues to strengthen the national energy infrastructure, which is currently supported by more than 125 fuel terminals, thousands of petrol stations, 40 LPG terminals, 72 Aircraft Refuelling Depots, pipeline networks, tanker truck fleets, ship fleets, and air transport support spread throughout Indonesia. This infrastructure forms the backbone of national energy distribution and ensures supply reliability to areas with high geographical challenges. During 2025, Pertamina Patra Niaga continued to increase the capacity of fuel terminals and strategic storage facilities, particularly in Eastern Indonesia and areas with high energy consumption growth. The development of the Maumere Fuel Terminal, which began in mid-2025, is intended to improve operational reliability, especially in the East Nusa Tenggara, West Nusa Tenggara, and surrounding areas. Furthermore, the company successfully carried out commissioning for the first phase of the Tanjung Batu Fuel Terminal construction, aimed at improving distribution reliability in the Kalimantan area and its surroundings. The Targeted Subsidy Programme for fuel and LPG continues to be strengthened through the integration of digital systems, making subsidy distribution more accurate, transparent, and on target for entitled recipients. This step is an important part of strengthening national energy distribution governance through the implementation of the Targeted Subsidy Programme, which has been applied in 513 districts/cities. In line with the national energy transition agenda, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to expand the use of more environmentally friendly energy. By 2025, Pertamax Green 95 service is available at 180 petrol stations and will continue to be expanded to provide lower-emission energy choices for the public. Bioenergy development, including support for Sustainable Aviation Fuel (SAF/Bioavtur), is part of the company’s strategic steps in supporting the national energy transition target to maintain long-term energy security. In the social aspect, Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to run various Social and Environmental Responsibility programmes focusing on community economic empowerment, environmental conservation, education, health, and MSME development. These programmes are designed to create sustainable benefits and support regional development around the company’s operational areas. “Going forward, Pertamina Patra Niaga will continue to strengthen its role as an energy distribution and trading company that is not only oriented towards business performance but also provides real contributions to society. We are committed to maintaining national energy security, expanding equitable energy access, and supporting sustainable development in Indonesia,” concluded Roberth.
