Jakarta (ANTARA) - Corporate Secretary of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that his company is still evaluating adjustments to the prices of non-subsidised fuel oil (BBM) types Pertamax and Pertamax Green. “Still under evaluation,” Roberth told ANTARA in Jakarta on Sunday. Pertamina officially announced price increases for several non-subsidised BBM products, namely Pertamax Turbo, Dexlite, and Pertamina Dex, effective Saturday (18/4/2026). Roberth explained that the price adjustments are in line with regulations, have been coordinated, reported, and discussed with relevant stakeholders. Referring to the fact that these price adjustments align with Ministerial Decree (Kepmen) ESDM No. 245.K/MG.01/MEM.M/2022, effective 18 April 2026, Pertamina Patra Niaga is implementing new prices for non-subsidised BBM for Pertamax Turbo, Pertamina Dex, and Dexlite. The details of the price changes are as follows: Pertamax Turbo from Rp13,100 per litre to Rp19,400 per litre, Dexlite from Rp14,200 per litre to Rp23,600 per litre, and Pertamina Dex from Rp14,500 per litre to Rp23,900 per litre. For now, the price of Pertamax (RON 92) BBM remains at Rp12,300 per litre and Pertamax Green at Rp12,900 per litre. Pertamina is also maintaining the prices of subsidised BBM types, namely Pertalite at Rp10,000 per litre and Biosolar at Rp6,800 per litre. Previously, the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), Bahlil Lahadalia, stated that the price increase for non-subsidised BBM types such as Pertamax Turbo follows market mechanisms in accordance with applicable regulations. He emphasised that government price regulation is only applied to subsidised BBM, while BBM for industrial needs and affluent consumers adjusts to market prices.
