Pertamina SMEXPO 2026 Held, Involving Over 150 Supported MSMEs
PT Pertamina (Persero) is once again hosting Pertamina SMEXPO 2026 to expand market access and promotion for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) supported by the Pertamina Group’s Social and Environmental Responsibility (TJSL) programme.
Pertamina SMEXPO 2026 is being organised across several cities, involving more than 150 supported MSMEs. The event first took place in Pekanbaru from 25–27 September 2026, with subsequent events scheduled for Yogyakarta, Cirebon, Bekasi, Jakarta, and other cities.
Organised annually since 2020, Pertamina SMEXPO encompasses digital marketing activities via the SMEXPO marketplace, thematic bazaars, business matching forums, and regional and national-scale MSME exhibitions. Each regional iteration of Pertamina SMEXPO involves at least 20 supported MSMEs. In addition to retail exhibitions, regional activities will also connect participants with potential corporate buyers through business-to-business (B2B) forums.
VP of CSR & SMEPP at PT Pertamina (Persero), Rudi Ariffianto, stated that Pertamina SMEXPO is part of a development programme that connects the readiness of MSMEs with opportunities to reach both retail and corporate buyers.
“Our hope is that Pertamina SMEXPO can help MSMEs understand market and consumer needs, expand their networks, and find larger business collaboration opportunities. Pertamina continues to consistently assist MSMEs to ensure they are increasingly prepared to reach wider markets,” said Rudi, as quoted from his statement on Monday, 28 September 2026.
The peak of the Pertamina SMEXPO 2026 series will be held at Kota Kasablanka Mall, Jakarta, in mid-November 2026. This national exhibition will showcase various flagship creative products from dozens of supported MSMEs from various regions across Indonesia.
VP of Corporate Communication at PT Pertamina (Persero), Muhammad Baron, noted that holding Pertamina SMEXPO in various cities provides a broader opportunity for the public to become acquainted with the products of Pertamina Group’s supported MSMEs.
“Behind every MSME product, there is an inspiring story of entrepreneurs who continue to learn and innovate. Through Pertamina SMEXPO, we hope more people will recognise and purchase their products and creative works,” said Baron.
Pertamina SMEXPO 2026 is organised through a collaboration between Pertamina, its subholdings, subsidiaries, and affiliated companies to support local business development. This programme aligns with the ‘Asta Cita’ mission to encourage entrepreneurship and job creation, as well as the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically Goal 8 regarding decent work and economic growth.
