Pertamina seeks big fuel deliveries

JAKARTA: PT Pertamina, Indonesia's state oil company, is seeking
to buy 1.44 million barrels of gasoline, diesel, jet fuel and
fuel oil for delivery between late November and December, a
company official said.

Pertamina is seeking for delivery in December two 200,000-
barrel cargoes of 88 RON gasoline, two 120,000-barrel cargoes of
A-1 jet fuel, three 200,000-barrel cargoes of diesel with a
sulfur content of 0.5 percent and 200,000 barrels of fuel oil for
delivery to Indonesia, said the official who asked not to be
identified.

Potential suppliers must submit offers by Nov. 9, and they
must be valid until Nov. 11.

Pertamina will buy a gasoline cargo, all its jet fuel and fuel
oil on a free-on-board basis, which means it will pay for any
shipping costs to the destination, and there is no charge to the
buyer for delivery to the vessel at the loading port. --
