Pertamina Retail Supports Serambi MyPertamina Programme at 6 Toll Road Rest Area Locations

In order to support public comfort during mudik journeys over the Eid holiday period, PT Pertamina Retail (PERTARE), as the operating arm of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, has prepared Serambi MyPertamina, a free facility offering various rest services.

Serambi MyPertamina provides a diverse range of services for travellers, including Bright Barber for haircuts, Bright Skin Check by Kahf for skin condition checks, a Mini Clinic for basic health services, lactation rooms for breastfeeding mothers, and musholla for worship.

Additionally, there are entertainment areas featuring console games and a kids’ corner for children, as well as the Bright Store offering various travel necessities and official MyPertamina merchandise such as raincoats, lunch boxes, Rubicon diecasts, Pertamina truck miniatures, umbrellas, bucket hats, grocery bags, and car fresheners, which can be obtained through the MyPertamina points exchange programme.

PERTARE Corporate Secretary Ardhi Widodo stated that the presence of Serambi MyPertamina represents the Pertamina Group’s support in ensuring that mudik travellers can rest comfortably during their journeys. “We understand that mudik trips often take a long time and can lead to fatigue. Therefore, through Serambi MyPertamina, we aim to provide a comfortable stopover space so that travellers can take a short break before continuing their safe journey to reunite with family in their hometowns,” he explained.

The Serambi MyPertamina facility is an initiative from PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, presented to add value to services for the public during the Eid mudik and return flows in 2026. In its implementation, field operations are also supported by PERTARE to ensure all services run optimally and provide comfort for travellers during their journeys.

The Serambi MyPertamina services can be accessed by mudik travellers at six Trans Java Toll Road rest areas, namely Rest Area Tol Jakarta–Merak KM 43A, Rest Area Tol Jakarta–Cikampek KM 57A, Rest Area Tol Cipularang KM 88A, Rest Area Tol Pejagan–Pemalang KM 260B, Rest Area Tol Semarang–Batang KM 379A, and Rest Area Tol Pandaan–Malang KM 66A.
