Pertamina Ready to Serve Energy Needs at Congested Toll Expressway Points for Homebound Travellers
Jakarta — PT Pertamina (Persero), through Pertamina Patra Niaga, is ready to serve fuel and energy requirements whilst providing free MyPertamina Lounge facilities for travellers resting during their journeys. This applies particularly at rest areas with high traffic flow on the Jakarta-Cikampek toll expressway, specifically at Rest Area KM 57.
The service readiness was monitored directly by Pertamina Patra Niaga’s Chief Commissioner Sabar Yudo Suroso, alongside Independent Commissioner Prabunindya Revta Revolusi and Fleet Logistics Director Arif Yunianto, on Monday, 9 March 2026.
During the activity, the commissioners and directors of Pertamina Patra Niaga engaged directly with customers at the Pertamina petrol station at Rest Area KM 57, whilst reviewing the readiness of energy services, the free MyPertamina Lounge facilities, and inspecting modular fuel units deployed as a supplementary solution for fuel distribution at points with high queue potential.
In his remarks, Independent Commissioner Prabunindya Revta Revolusi stated that this inspection was conducted to ensure Pertamina Patra Niaga’s operational readiness in serving the public.
“Today we are conducting an inspection to check readiness for Ramadan and Eid. At Rest Area KM 57, all stock is secure, so there is no need to panic. All products have been prepared for the public so they can arrive safely at their destinations,” Prabu said.
Prabu added that Pertamina Patra Niaga has also prepared various anticipatory measures to address potential surges in fuel consumption on major toll routes, including deploying two modular Pertamax fuel units near Rest Area KM 57, each with a capacity of 3,000 litres.
Additionally, fuel delivery motorcycles have been stationed at Rest Area KM 57 to assist motorists who run out of fuel on the toll expressway, allowing fuel to be delivered promptly so that travellers can resume their journeys smoothly.
“Fuel stock availability is very secure. Even at the most congested points, we have prepared several alternatives, such as modular fuel stations here to distribute the queue. If there are many vehicles queuing at the petrol station, we can redirect them to modular fuel points like this to prevent congestion. We have even prepared fuel delivery motorcycles in case the public experiences difficulties en route,” he added.
Beyond ensuring smooth energy distribution, the commissioners and directors also reviewed additional Pertamina services, namely the free MyPertamina Lounge facilities provided for the public to rest comfortably.
“We have prepared several additional facilities such as the MyPertamina Lounge, so people can rest if they are tired. If drivers are exhausted, they should not be forced to continue—rest here first. For mothers, there are manicure and pedicure facilities; for fathers, there is a barber for haircuts; and for children, there is a comfortable play area. Everything is free, so the public can travel homebound with peace of mind and arrive safely at their destinations,” Prabu concluded.
