Pertamina Prepares 95 Modular Fuel Stations to Alleviate Traffic Congestion on Eid Exodus Routes

Jakarta (ANTARA) - PT Pertamina Patra Niaga, as the Downstream Subholding of PT Pertamina (Persero), has prepared 95 units of modular fuel stations and 61 Pertamina kiosks as a solution to alleviate congestion at several strategic points along the Eid al-Fitr exodus routes for 2026.

The presence of these modular fuel station and Pertamina Siaga kiosk services will reduce queues and ensure that the public can easily obtain fuel during their journey home, said Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, in his statement in Jakarta on Thursday.

According to him, the modular fuel stations are presented as a flexible solution to increase fuel service capacity at points with potential spikes in consumption.

With a more compact and mobile system, the modular fuel stations can accelerate service to the public, thereby minimising queues, especially on main exodus routes, he explained.

Meanwhile, the Pertamina Siaga kiosks serve as additional fuel product service outlets, reaching areas far from regular fuel stations.

Roberth stated that the addition of these services is part of the company’s commitment to providing the best service to the public during the Eid period.

“Pertamina Patra Niaga continues to undertake various efforts to ensure that energy services remain optimal, including through the addition of modular fuel stations and Pertamina Siaga kiosks,” he said.

Roberth continued that all these additional services are integrated with the national energy distribution system that has been prepared during the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr Task Force for 2026, so the public not only gains ease of access but also assurance of energy availability in various regions.

During the Ramadan and Eid al-Fitr holiday period in 2026, Pertamina Patra Niaga has prepared all main facilities and services for fulfilling both fuel and LPG needs for the public.

“With all these preparations, we ensure that the public can undertake their journey home more calmly and comfortably, without worrying about fuel availability along the travel routes,” Roberth explained.
