Pertamina Prepares 43 MyPertamina Serambi Points Free for Eid Travellers

PT Pertamina (Persero) through Pertamina Patra Niaga has introduced Serambi MyPertamina as a free rest facility for the public undertaking Eid al-Fitr journeys in 2026. At Serambi MyPertamina, the public can enjoy various free services such as a mini clinic, lactation room, prayer room, relaxation area, massage chairs, kids’ corner, and game console. Additionally, supplementary services are available including bright barber, bright skin check, Wi-Fi, free charging station, as well as food and drinks, all provided gratis. Serambi MyPertamina is spread across 43 locations, covering six toll rest areas and 37 mini/compact points dispersed along non-toll routes, tourist areas, airports, ports, and stations. Corporate Secretary of Pertamina Patra Niaga, Roberth MV Dumatubun, stated that the presence of these Serambi MyPertamina points is expected to help the public take a comfortable break before continuing their journey to their hometowns. “Eid journeys often require peak physical condition, so we have prepared Serambi MyPertamina as a comfortable and free rest spot. Besides resting, people can utilise various facilities here such as health checks, haircuts, playing PS, children’s play areas, and much more,” said Roberth in a press release, quoted on Thursday (19/3/2026). One traveller, Budi from Bekasi heading to Purwodadi, Semarang, experienced the benefits of this service when stopping at Serambi MyPertamina Rest Area KM 379A Tol Pemalang-Batang. He utilised the available health and haircut services. “Earlier I had a health check and the results were normal, and the haircut was good too. The benefits are quite significant for us as travellers to rest, especially when bringing family because the place is also comfortable,” Budi remarked. For information, the six full-service Serambi MyPertamina points operate at Pertamina fuel stations in strategic toll road rest areas, including Rest Area KM 43A Tol Jakarta-Merak, Rest Area KM 57A Tol Jakarta-Karawang, Rest Area KM 88A Tol Cipularang (Jakarta-Bandung), Rest Area KM 260B Tol Pejagan-Pemalang, Rest Area KM 379A Tol Pemalang-Batang, and Rest Area KM 66A Tol Pandaan-Malang. Meanwhile, the 37 mini/compact Serambi MyPertamina points are spread across various locations including airports, ports, stations, non-toll rest areas, as well as tourist routes and main mudik paths. Some of them are at Bandara Kualanamu Medan, YIA Yogyakarta, I Gusti Ngurah Rai Denpasar, and Sultan Hasanuddin Makassar. There are also points at Pelabuhan Bakauheni Lampung and Pelabuhan Semayang Balikpapan, as well as in several tourist areas and popular mudik spots such as the Puncak Bogor area, Pangandaran, Ciwidey Bandung, the Nagreg route, and several main roads in Sumatra and Sulawesi.
